GT's are cool and produce monsters. I just picked the second flush of a straw casing with GT's. I didn't weigh the whole thing but the 7 biggest mushrooms total were 10 ounces (284 grams actually). First flush was about 3 ounces. A 40 quart rubbermaid with about 4-5 inches of substrate spawned with 3 quarts (or so) of rye.
