Litter robot 3 won't turn on

Unplug the power cord from the back of the robot by base where the power cord plugs in (don't' unplug the power supply from the power outlet). Wait for 5 seconds. Plug the power cord back onto the base. You will see the globe automatically cycles. Please wait until it's done cycling.

Litter robot 3 won't turn on. Check that you are using a 2.5g network. Most if these wont run on 5s. Go into your phone settings and see. You should see two networks. One thats has a 5G after and the other that doesnt.
