Ingulf in Vestrilund has ring and athame recipes or you can settle for Bazaar stuff to level 60. It can last you until waterworks but you could also probably swap it for level 56 gear just to have good stats to get through waterworks. If you can last until waterworks (lvl 60 stand alone dungeon in wizard city) you could use the Olympus gear until then.
