Nov 13, 2022 · I recently purchased a PE 'isolated syringe.'. What I believed I was purchasing was a liquid culture. I was hoping to avoid all the work of starting from spore and working it on agar and instead start straight away with kick ass genetics that turn out amazing flushes. I was planning to put the syringe right to LME/Dextrose LC.
