Currently you need to be in the top 10% of players to break 1600 in 2s, and you need to be almost glad to buy the helm/shoulders in any bracket. Even in the most inflated bracket (3s) you essentially need to achieve duelist (top 3%) to just get your weapon/sigils. in my opinion this is a little ridiculous
