If you wanna limit yourself to level 120 my guess is 60 Faith with the minimum stat requirements for most weapons you use and make all of them raw so you can buff them with DMB. Raw Astora Straight Sword would probably be a good candidate. Also since your build would depend on DMB you would benefit greatly from Lingering Dragoncrest Ring.
