Yogg is bugged on 10 man and will cause massive sanity loss really quickly, unless you're going for the meta achieve he's just way easier to do on 25 man. You could try doing it as Holy/Discipline, since the debuff that stuns you is a disease and thus can be removed with Purify. Do 25-man and not 10.

Yogg'Saron is way more likely to cast good spells than bad ones due to the structure of spells, but most of the good spells are some kind of board clear or card draw. I think the best way to judge Yogg'Saron is to look at it as "Battlecry: Flamestrike + Sprint" and think about where the card would fit if it always did that.
