A fast food concept for really tasty xi an noodles! The dumplings were my favorite dishes. The pan fried dumplings were nice and crispy on the outside and super flavorful and moist on the inside. We also got the steamed pork and cabbage dumplings in the spicy oil sauce. Again super tasty and almost like a soup dumpling because it was so moist.
