your motherboard should have multiple 4-pin PWM headers, check the manual for an image showing their location (s). you would have to verify if your motherboard has RGB headers, and how many. but if so, you can locate them the same way as the fan headers. just be sure you're not plugging them into 3-pin a RGB headers. When running NZXT CAM to control my Z63 kraken cooler and case fans, it is using an obscene amount of RAM. Sometimes I am seeing in excess of 10 NZXT/CAM processes/subprocesses, and in task manager, it's showing that NZXT CAM is using over 1.4GB of RAM. This is the kind of RAM usage I'd expect to see from Chrome with 20 tabs open!
