In the post, I say CoolCicada's PPL, but looking at them both now, what I actually did was closer to Metallicadpa's program. As for changes, I initially did 3x5 instead of 5x5 for the compounds. I did T-bar rows instead of BB rows, lying triceps extensions instead of the other triceps exercises, and on leg day I just did Squat, RDL, and abs.
