I have just one Lost Artifact left in Seregost in an "Unknown Location" (I guess it's from quest). But, I have already finished all gondorian quests. I tried to replay "the Uninvited" multiple times (trying to kill or not the boss, detected or not, changed skin...). And Seregost map is clean (no more Lost Artifacts).
