I am curious. It's weird with locations though. In one game I play (LOA) the servers are literally an hour drive away and hosted on Verizon. I have Verizon FIOS 1gbps fiber. So I get a 9ms ping while my friends on the west coast pull about 120ms. But I connect to an overseas server on another game and rarely go above 75ms. I just noticed there is no fresh Oceanic server & that Blizzard doesn't consider the Oceanic region to be a region. There were a few thousand people wanting to come back to this game to play on a fresh server.
