What …This is what I would recommend for Bastila: Load a save from when you've found 3/5 Star Maps. Set K_SWG_BASTILA to 10. Make sure K_SWG_BASTILA_LEVEL is lower than your current character level. Set K_SWG_HELENA to 4. Either talk to Bastila about her mother or Set K_SWG_HELENA_TALK to TRUE. Talk to Bastila to trigger the final romance conversation.

Compatible with K1R. At the time I'm writing this K1R contains a different Bastila romance fix, but that simply becomes irrelevant if my mod is present. Nah, you're good OP. As long as you're having conversations with her you're on track. The planet order doesn't matter. Eventually, when you have Bastila in your party, a messenger will appear as you enter a planet and tell Bastila that her mother is on Tatooine. So worst-case scenario you'll head back to Tatooine to complete the mother quest.

TSL does have a feat that allows you to run in stealth, but the other conditions are still in effect as far as I'm aware.
