The XM556SBCT3 seems to be the consensus at the 556 pressure but I also was recommend the LE223T3 by my friend in a neighboring agency that uses that load. It seems they both use the TBBC bullet but the LE223T3 is just nickel plated and is loaded at a lower pressure. Prices online puts the LE223T3 to be more expensive than the FBI version too.
