Luc Lac seems like a place that is always consistent, great to go once a week for some good comfort viet food. I got the crispy rolls and chicken coconut curry. The rolls were not my favourite as i felt they were a little thick on the wrapping, but the curry was great, warm and comforting- perfect for a rainy portland fall.
