Nuhi's workaround is running 21H2 (unedited) inside a VM, load NTLite there and do the integration. Yes, that's a lot of work. But some versions of DISM cannot be transplanted because of host compatibility.

We don't discuss modded Windows ISO's on NTLite forum. There are other sites or Discord for that. This thread is just for downloading Language Packs. A normal ISO requires integration of LP's before applying any updates, or removals. Retrofitting LP's to a previously modded image will break things, which is why you always start with a clean ISO.
