What you need to do to prepare: To change the default auto-expiration setting for your tenant, go to admin.teams.microsoft.com, navigate to Meetings > Meeting Policies > Add in the left navigation panel. Then modify the setting under the Recording & transcription section. Here's what worked for me and should work for you. Using firefox browser, Login to your onedrive account using your Microsoft account and then navigate to the recorded teams video that you want to playback at 2x speed.
